She counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, special needs planning, probate, and guardianship, and leverages her experience and educational background to offer effective solutions for to her clients on a range of issues.
Prior to joining Weeks Law Firm, Jennifer was an associate attorney at Sharp & Peterchuck, where she practiced family law, estate planning and collaborative law.
She is a member of numerous professional associations, including the Texas Bar Association, The Order of Barristers, and the Collin County Bar Association. Jennifer is a member of Stonebriar Community Church where she has served in the children’s, women’s and special needs ministries and a graduate of Xavier University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Jennifer resides in Plano with her husband, Mark, and their four children.
